Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this promotion you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions and the TeamTogs Terms and Conditions of Business.

2. A 10% discount will be given on all recycled textile and footwear uniforms only. No other goods will be accepted.

3. At all times any acceptance of the promotion will be subject to the discretion of TeamTogs

4. In the event of new uniform(s) being returned the 10% discount will be deducted from the amount due prior to VAT.

5. Customers wishing for further information on the recycling process can contact TeamTogs for further information at unwanted@team-togs.com .

6. TeamTogs accept no liability for old uniform(s) lost in transit or post. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Once uniform(s) have been deposited for recycling they cannot be returned.

7. TeamTogs reserve the right to refuse uniform(s) of particularly poor hygienic standards or that which needs specialised disposal under the Hazardous Waste Regulations (2005). In the event that your uniform(s) need specialist disposal and cannot be recycled, TeamTogs please refer to clause 4 above and contact TeamTogs for further details.

8. To the fullest extent available in law TeamTogs will not be liable for any costs, claims, damages, injuries, or loss as a consequence of this promotion.

9. There is no cash alternative to this promotion and the discount is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

10. At all times this offer is subject to availability and ends 30th September 2008.
