CARBON FOOTPRINT REPORTING - OCTOBER 2025

As part of our continual Sustainability journey and in accordance with the UK’s commitment to becoming carbon Net Zero by or before 2050 as set out by the Paris Climate agreement, we are proud to publish our Carbon Emissions Summary (measurement of Green House Gas emissions) over two consecutive financial years: April 2023-March 2024 and April 2024-March 2025.

We have used the SME Climate Hub Carbon Calculator V2.0 and are reporting Scope 1, 2, and selected Scope 3 emissions. We are pleased to report that we have successfully reduced our carbon usage and improved our operational carbon efficiency year-on-year. See report below:

The results are a reflection of conscious operational changes, including:

• Reduced office footprint: Lower energy consumption and operational overhead.
• Electricity: We are on a 100% renewable tariff supplied by British Gas (REGO certified)
• Gas: We are on a carbon neutral gas tariff supplied by British Gas. However, within our carbon reporting we measure our gas as a standard tariff.
• Staffing adjustment: One fewer employee reduced associated Scope 3 emissions (commuting, office-related consumption, etc.).

This progress is on top of other recent initiatives which include ensuring our website now only promotes products with sustainable credentials and those from responsible ESG-focussed sources.

Next Steps/Future Goals:

• Continue to take measures to reduce our scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions.
• Continue to choose and work with suppliers who are committed to reducing their emissions to aid our scope 3 impact.
• Continue to promote sustainable products and services to our clients.
• Understand how we can measure and reduce more scope 3 indirect emissions.
